As Past President and long-term Board Director of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), and AMA delegate, I have been instrumental in guiding key initiatives that expand the role of Lifestyle Medicine throughout the American healthcare system. I bring a strategic perspective to organizations, leaders, and teams seeking to drive true transformation.
A lifelong learner with over 45 years of experience in cardiology, general medicine, lifestyle medicine, exercise physiology, culinary, and digital health, I blend expert insights and diverse knowledge into my role as an executive health coach and strategic advisor.
Throughout my own demanding career, I have faced the realities of work-life balance, burnout, and the importance of personal fulfillment through human connection and creativity. In my work with clients, I draw not only on my professional expertise but also on my personal experiences to connect with each individual’s unique needs and ambitions, helping them achieve true performance, vitality, and lasting health.
As a strategic advisor, I help organizations reshape modern healthcare, championing health-focused leadership and the implementation of transformative clinical strategies.
